The upper portion of the stream above Lower Falls contains native brook trout while the lower section below the falls offers rainbow and brown trout. This is truly a fisherman's paradise.

Lying nearby within the Nantahala National Forest is an extensive trail system and numerous breathtaking waterfalls.

Snowbird Creekside will offer a limited number of creek front, creek view and wooded lots as well as building services. The developer plans to construct hand crafted log homes for sale.
